Jobfit approached us as they required a new mobile responsive website to showcase the quality of their services and support their business objectives.
Project goals
-
Update information architecture in line with business objectives
-
Transition to a new content management system for ease of use
-
Integrate payment gateway functionality for simplified online payments
-
Build and integrate custom developed Location Finder tool
-
Optimise the site for search engines
-
Refresh the web interface and design and optimise for conversions
Intelligently designed website architecture
Jobfit wanted to refine the focus on their target audience, shifting towards primarily targeting employers. They also had a list of services they wanted to place a higher level of emphasis on. To accomplish this, we revised the information architecture of their website to reflect new and improved user journeys.

We structured the website to simplify user access to key strategic areas including: the medical history questionnaire, MediManager booking platform, and a new online payment gateway to better support their ecommerce website services and transactions.
New custom features and integrations
We custom built a Location Finder tool to help users search for Job Centres near them. This tool was built to be SEO friendly, allowing search engines such as Google to access and show users this information.

Additionally, features such as mobile responsiveness and an advanced contact form were developed to modernise the site and keep it up to date with changing technology.
Optimised for search engines to maintain ranking
The main challenge the project presented was maintaining Jobfit’s original SEO ranking. Their previous website had an excellent ranking and it was a critical this remained after the website transition.

A number of SEO strategies were implemented, including a GoogleAds campaign, to offset the drop in organic search rankings during the website transition.
A complete brand refresh with conversion optimised design
The website was completely designed from scratch in order to create a more modern look and feel. We completed the brand refresh in line with their brand guidelines.

To increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the website, conversion optimised Calls to Action were included in the design template. These CTAs include various buttons linking to an easy-to-use enquiry form with phone and email contact options.
